From psychology to technology

A brief introduction to the questions that continue to shape my work.

I became a psychologist because I was deeply curious about how the human mind works—and because I wanted to help people understand themselves more clearly. Years of clinical practice and research taught me how profoundly our memories, relationships, and patterns of thought shape who we become. They also showed me the limitations of how psychological knowledge is traditionally delivered.

My transition from a psychologist to a tech founder is not a departure from the field, but an extension of the same questions that first drew me to the field. As a co-founder of Memova AI, I am exploring how AI can help people make sense of their experiences, preserve what matters, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves over time. I am still motivated by the human mind—only now, I am building new tools through which we might engage with it.

This is the short version of a much longer and less linear story.
